Meet Dr. Jackson
Dr. Keith Jackson is an oral surgeon currently serving on active duty in the US Army at Fort Benning, GA. He is thrilled to be supporting Dr. Nizam and the Alabama Surgical Arts team on a part-time basis. Dr. Jackson is from Peachtree City, GA and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a degree in chemistry. He then accepted a dental scholarship from the Army and attended the University of
Pennsylvania — earning a DMD in 2013.
Upon graduation from Penn, Dr. Jackson was commissioned as a Captain in the Army and began oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Womack Army Medical Center on Fort Bragg, NC. He earned his certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2017, and he is now a staff oral surgeon at Martin Army Community Hospital.
Dr. Jackson serves as an oral surgery mentor to residents of the Army’s Advanced
Education in General Dentistry program. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as a Fellow of the American Association of
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Jackson lives in Columbus, GA with his wife, Amy, and two daughters, Caroline
